Direct Connect: this plan allows you to make "walkie-talkie" style calls, from your home market area, to other network subscribers. You are charged only for the calls you initiate. The minutes you use during each call are deducted from your allotment of anytime minutes.
National Direct Connect: this plan allows you to place walkie-talkie calls nationwide to other Nextel subscibers. You have the option to pay as you go ($.10 to .15 a minute), or you can sign up for unlimited access. Only the person initiating the call is charged and Direct Connect minutes used during each call are deducted from your bucket of anytime minutes.

Free Incoming Plan: incoming calls to your cell phone are not charged to the recipient - only to the person who initiates the call. With this plan you get unlimited night and weekend minutes, unlimited Direct Connect, free nationwide long distance and no roaming. An allotment of anytime minutes is also included. Prices start at $49.99.
National Power Plan: simular to Free Incoming Plan, but no free incoming calls. More anytime minutes for the money. Plan includes unlimited night, weekend, Direct Connect, and long distance.Prices for this plan start at $45.99.
Local Instant Connect Plans: available only for local calls. Plans include unlimited night and weekends, and unlimited Direct Connect. Charged $0.20 per minute long distance.
National Team Share Plans : with this plan, you share your choice of wireless package with a family member. Plan packages include anytime minutes, Direct Connect minutes, and unlimited night and weekend minutes. The lowest priced share plan we could find started at $39.99 and includes 400 anytime minutes and 250 Direct Connect minutes.
National Unlimited NDC Plus Program : Unlimited everything; Local and Nationwide Direct Connect, nights and weekends, long distance, roaming Instant Messaging, Text Messaging, and more for $199.99 per month.
