Wondering how many complaints were filed against your carrier?
The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) is the government agency that handles complaints filed against the nation's carriers.
Normally, the FCC will not publish information concerning complaints made to its organization. However, the Consumers Union, publishers of Consumer Reports Magazine, was able to obtain the information after filing a "Freedom of Information Act".
Please note: This information is not current. The Consumer Union obtained the FCC data again this year, but did not make that report public. This FCC information may or may not be accurate, but we decided to leave it on our site for comparison purposes.
